About

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults in private practice. At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful and lasting change occurs when people feel genuinely heard, emotionally safe, and supported to explore their experiences with honesty and care. I aim to provide a calm, non‑judgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most in your life.

I place strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for effective therapy. Feeling understood, respected, and emotionally supported is not secondary to the work — it is central to it. I work collaboratively and with sensitivity, honouring your autonomy, lived experience, and capacity for growth.

My approach is client‑centred and trauma‑informed, guided by curiosity rather than judgement. I am attentive to emotional safety, attachment needs, cultural sensitivity, and the broader personal, relational, and social contexts shaping your life. Together, we work to develop insight into patterns, emotional responses, and relational dynamics, while also supporting meaningful, values‑based change at a pace that feels right for you.

I am a Level 2 registered member of the Australian Counselling Association and practise in accordance with the ACA Code of Ethics and Practice. I am committed to ongoing supervision, reflective practice, and professional development to ensure ethical, responsive, and high‑quality care.
